Coastline Laundry is a walk-in laundromat in Durban, South Africa. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and in store.
2. What we collect
If you send us a message we collect your name, mobile number, optional email address and the content of your message. If you visit the store we may record basic details needed to identify and return your laundry.
3. Why we collect it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, to manage your laundry order and to contact you about it.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to run the business, such as with service providers who host this website, handle communications on our behalf or measure website visits and advertising effectiveness (see section 5).
5. Website measurement and advertising
This website uses Google Ads measurement (the Google tag) to count visits and actions such as contact form submissions, WhatsApp clicks and requests for directions. This involves cookies and similar technologies, and information such as the pages you view and the actions you take is shared with Google. Visitors in countries that require a cookie choice before this kind of measurement are not measured at all. You can opt out of Google's advertising measurement at any time via Google Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com) or by using your browser's private browsing mode.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only for as long as we need it.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
